Property can’t be in the city limits of Abilene or Tye
The property can be located in a rural city of 20,000 or less population
The property can be located on acreage outside city limits
Income can’t exceed $73,600 for a family of 4 or less
Income can’t exceed $97,150 for a family of 5 or more
Must have a minimum credit score of 620
Monthly house payment can’t exceed 29% of your GROSS monthly income
Monthly house payment and monthly payments on credit card and loans cannot exceed 41% of your GROSS monthly income.
