Commission for the limited service option is $499 to be paid upon signing of listing agreement.The listing agreement will be for a period of 6 months.
Buyer's Agent commissionwill be 2.5% of the gross sales price (to be paid at closing).

qProvide frequent contacts with buyer broker and title company
qMake recommendations about strength and qualty of offer
qHandle all negotiation and preparation of counter offers, addendums, inspection responses, e
qObtain feedback after showings (if requested)
qAssist with coordinating appointments
qListing Agent available 7 days a week for questions/suggestions
qPlace lock box on property
